Based within the Wills and Estate Planning team in our Preston office, Sean advises clients on mental capacity issues, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications. He also provides advice on wills, trusts and estate planning matters. Sean is happy to meet with clients at their home or in a convenient location to suit a client’s particular circumstances.
As Sean deals with a variety of elderly client matters he has particular expertise in trusts, Court of Protection work, Lasting Powers of Attorney and assisting those with mental capacity issues such as dementia and Alzheimer's disease. In 2016, Sean became a Dementia Champion, who encourages others in the community to make a positive difference to those affected by dementia.
Sean joined Napthens in 1995. Whilst working at Napthens, in 2002 Sean qualified as a legal executive and subsequently acquired the status of a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. Sean is also a member of the highly regarded Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP)
