Salma’s role as people business partner sees her coordinates the firm’s EDI (equality, diversity and inclusion), fundraising and social initiatives for the firm.
She is focused on building and promoting an inclusive workplace, where our people feel valued and empowered to fulfil their potential.
While Salma has spent the majority of her career in HR roles in law firms, she has also worked in the housing and education sectors, gaining a deep understanding of HR business partnering and corporate HR strategy.
Salma is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), with 15 years of experience as a generalist HR practitioner.
