Finance DirectorRebecca Wilkinson is finance director at Napthens Solicitors, based in the firm's Preston office.
Rebecca joined Napthens in 2025 as finance director and is playing a key role in supporting the firm’s strategic growth plans.
She has considerable experience of delivering system improvement projects to deliver insightful reporting and ensure the continuous improvement of financial controls and process.
With experience at PwC, The Guardian Media Group, Daisy Group, and CHEC, Rebecca is well versed in building and integrating teams, delivering cost savings, providing commercial deal support, and driving improvements in management information to enable better performance.
She is a key asset to the firm as it continues to increase its presence across the north west and beyond, with a new and exciting chapter of expansion and innovation.
