Oliver is a paralegal working within the corporate team based in our Preston office. In his role he assists the team on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on contentious and non-contentious commercial insolvency.
Oliver has experience working with a range of businesses and individuals in contentious and non-contentious commercial insolvency.
Oliver joined Napthens in 2018 after previously working as a paralegal in a small commercial litigation and insolvency firm based in Manchester. Originally from Newcastle upon Tyne, Oliver moved to Preston to undertake the MLaw programme, combining the LLB and LPC, at the University of Central Lancashire. During his studies, Oliver spent time volunteering as a civil and commercial mediator at his University, as well as volunteering at the Personal Support Unit at Preston Combined Court, a charity dedicated to supporting those facing court alone.

Oliver was awarded Community Volunteer Hero Award 2018 for his dedication to charitable work in Lancashire.
