Nathan is an associate solicitor within Napthens’ commercial property team, having joined the firm in 2025.
He supports clients on areas including asset management, contentious lease renewals, development acquisitions, complex and high value freehold disposals.
Nathan has experience working with a variety high-profile clients including a Premier League football club, supermarkets, pension funds, vehicle retailers, developers, public bodies including the Department for Education and investors.
Experience
Nathan’s recent cases include:
- Acting for a tenant in managing their asset portfolio including, lease renewals, new leases, surrenders and assignments of warehouses and office spaces
- Acting for a tenant in the car manufacturing and repair industry with a particular mind to environmental factors
- Acting for high profile defence sector client to support their expansion and continued property requirements
- Acting for public bodies in granting leases and easements to service providers
- Acting on contentious lease renewals for landlord and tenants
- Acting on high value freehold disposals of land to property developers both on a conditional and unconditional basis
- Asset management of auxiliary units and warehouses of a Premier League football club
- Assisting on the sale of a large volume of care homes as part of a project
- Assisting with asset management of a portfolio of a site with numerous and high-profile retail units
