Natasha is highly experienced in providing health and safety advice and guidance to a variety of clients from small businesses to large multi-site organisations. She has extensive experience in; advising clients on all aspects of health and safety management issues relevant to their activities, offering advice and guidance aligned to overall business objectives; guidance and support in the successful development and implementation of health and safety management systems to facilitate enhanced health and safety performance; production and review of company health and safety policies and associated documentation including risk assessments, training programmes and safe systems of working; accident and incident investigations and site inspections and audits.
Natasha has retained clients from a broad range of industry sectors including construction, facilities maintenance, transport and motor vehicle repair, manufacturing, property management and retail. She has particular experience within the construction sector and have extensive experience in successful health and safety project delivery under the CDM regulations.
Natahsa joined ATG in February 2018 after working previously as a Health and Safety Manager for a multi-disciplined construction company, advising on all aspects of health and safety management across a range of construction, refurbishment and mechanical and electrical installation and maintenance works for various public sector clients within the education, healthcare and government sectors. Prior to this Natsha achieved a BSc Hons undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Manchester.
