Natasha is a Senior Associate in the Business Recovery team based at our Preston Office. She advises Insolvency Practitioners, directors and shareholders, companies, secured and unsecured creditors on all aspects of personal and corporate insolvency law.
Natasha has gained particular expertise in dealing with non-contentious corporate recovery transactions (the sale/purchase of the business and assets of insolvent companies) together with advising secured creditors on the validity of their security and recovery options including fixed charge receivership. Natasha advises Insolvency Practitioners in relation to all aspects of their appointment.
Natasha joined Napthens in 2019. She qualified in 1999, originally specialising in general non-contentious corporate work. In 2000 she passed the Insolvency Practitioners Association’s CPI (Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency), subsequently developing extensive corporate insolvency experience acting for Insolvency Practitioners and major financial institutions whilst working in the Manchester based Business Recovery teams of two UK Top 30 law firms.
Natasha completed her Law Degree at Manchester University and has also taught Law. She lives in Bolton with her two children.
