Natalie is an associate solicitor based in our East Lancashire office in Blackburn. She provides advice to a range of businesses on all areas of employment law, ranging from disciplinary and grievance matters through to discrimination and redundancy. Natalie also assists clients with the preparation of bespoke employee handbooks and employment contracts.
With particular expertise in dealing with discrimination matters, Natalie is also highly experienced in the negotiation of settlement agreements and in dealing with disciplinary matters as well as providing general HR and employment law advice.
Natalie originates from Colne and joined Napthens in 2017 after qualifying that year as a solicitor with a large regional law firm. In that role, Natalie qualified into the Employment and Discrimination team and specialised in dealing with discrimination matters. She managed a caseload of complex cases and developed her advocacy skills here, representing clients both in the Civil Courts and the Employment Tribunal.
Natalie obtained a degree in history from the University of Leeds before completing a GDL and LPC at the University of Central Lancashire.
