Graduate Apprentice SolicitorLydia Spencer is a graduate apprentice solicitor within the corporate team at Napthens Solicitors, based in the firm's Blackburn office.
Lydia is a graduate apprentice solicitor, working towards sitting the SQE and becoming qualified solicitor.
During her solicitor apprenticeship, she will gain range of experience across the various teams at Napthens.
Lydia has previously worked in both local authority and law firms gaining valuable experience before joining Napthens in March 2021 as a legal assistant within the corporate department.

- Member of the team advising on the sale of Protec Fire & Security Group to Bosch, which was named North West Business Insider Dealmakers award-winning £50m+ Deal of the Year 2022
- Assisting in advising A Lamb Associates on the acquisition of quantity surveying consultants Morham & Brotchie Limited
- Member of the team advising on the sale of Star Tissue to German buyer WEPA Professional, which was shortlisted in the North West Business Insider Dealmakers Deal of the Year (£10 – £50m) 2024
