Leah Simpkin

Leah is a HR business partner at Napthens. Leah started her career in a law firm as an office apprentice, studying business administration before taking on a part time degree to continue her learning. During this degree she found a passion for HR and knew that was the career she wanted to pursue.

Leah joined Napthens in 2010 in our corporate department as a legal secretary before moving over to work in the employment department. Whilst studying a degree in her spare time, she became interested in HR and continued studying towards the CIPD qualifications.
