HR Business PartnerLeah Braysford is a HR business partner within the people team, based in the firm's Preston office.
Leah is a HR business partner at Napthens. She started her career in a law firm as an office apprentice, before studying business administration and a business management degree, part time.
In 2010, while still studying for her degree, Leah joined Napthens, initially as a legal secretary in our corporate department, before moving over to work in the employment department.
Upon completely her degree, Leah had found a passion for HR and continued studying towards the CIPD qualifications, before taking on her current role.
