Kyla is a solicitor in the residential property department based in Napthens’ Kendal office. She acts for clients on a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions.
As an experienced conveyancer Kyla handles a broad range of transactions and has expertise in issues including registered and unregistered freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
Kyla joins an expanding Cumbrian team and will be based in our Kendal office, having previously worked for Temple Heelis where she was based in the Kendal and Windermere offices for 6 years.
Kyla qualified in 2014 after studying Law at Lancaster University and completing Legal Practice course at the College of Law (now University of Law) in Manchester. Kyla lives in Milnthorpe.

How do you like to relax out of work?
I love to read a book (when I get time!), watch a film, walk our 2 dogs and I’m a supporter of the local Milnthorpe Corinthians FC (as well as living in a Liverpool FC household)
What is your proudest achievement?
Renovating my house into a home (there wasn’t even a kitchen when we moved in) and arranging a wedding within 12 weeks.
What aspect of your job do you find most rewarding?
Helping clients through what can be a stressful process and making it a more enjoyable or at least manageable experience.
