With more than 20 years’ experience dealing with non-contentious commercial property law, Krista is building a team and client base to align with the firm’s ambitious growth plans and presence in one of the UK’s most vibrant cities.
Krista provides commercial and pragmatic advice to clients in respect of all areas of commercial property law, including acting for investors, developers, lenders and owner-occupiers in relation to acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant matters across all sectors.
She supports our clients with diligence and delivers innovative solutions to assist the growth of our client’s businesses, which make significant contributions to the regional economy and beyond.
Experience
- Acting for developers in relation to the acquisition of large-scale city centre sites for residential development, with gross development values of up to £200 million
- Assisting investors and pension schemes in terms of acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant matters, with a focus on office and retail space
- Dealing with property transactions on behalf of a buy and build acquisitions group with 40+ group companies, primarily in the industrial products and services sectors
- Representing hotel chains in respect of the acquisition of new premises and portfolio management
