Kate is a conveyancing executive in the residential property department based in Preston. She deals with all aspects of the conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion. Kate aims to make things as simple and the process as smooth as possible for her clients.
Kate handles freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds and the Help to Buy Scheme, remortgages and transfers of equity. She looks after a wide variety of clients and with her experience particularly enjoys helping first time buyers who are going through the process and the associated paperwork for the first time.
Kate has been a qualified conveyancing executive since 2014 and joined Napthens in 2016. Kate previously worked in the conveyancing department of another well respected local firm. She is currently studying for her ILEX qualifications.
Memberships and Awards
Kate is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is studying alongside working full time, to eventually become a Fellow.
