Jenny heads up our People Projects team, which provides proactive, practical and strategic HR consultancy to our clients. Her role involves supporting an organisation to achieve its business objectives through aligning the workforce by providing strategic HR planning, bespoke project support, delivering and supporting management training and resolving employee relation matters, providing an onsite HR provision.
Jenny specialises in supporting organisations on bespoke HR project delivery, examples of which include undertaking salary and benefits benchmarking, recruitment and retention, implementing a performance management and appraisal system and management of absenteeism in a business. Jenny is also skilled at developing and delivering training which supports the upskilling of management teams along with providing HR mentor support to HR professionals, senior leaders and business owners. Jenny has experience working in a variety of sectors, particularly manufacturing, leisure, and retail.
Jenny joined Napthens in 2017 having spent the previous 10 years in a local SME as their stand-alone HR Manager. Prior to that, she worked in financial services across Lancashire and the Fylde Coast. She achieved her HR qualifications at Runshaw College.

Jenny is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the founder of the HR Community, Jenny was also a finalist in the 2021 North West Employee Experience Group (NWEEG) Awards in the Business Developer category.

Organising and hosting the Napthens Wellbeing Conference which saw 100 delegates come together for a full day conference to support workforce wellbeing in their organisations.
