Jane is a member of the wills and estate planning team based in our Southport office. She works closely with her colleagues, assisting on probate work to include the administration of estates. Jane also advises on making and reviewing wills and powers of attorney and assists in the drafting of court of protection papers.
Jane specialises in the administrations of estates, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and has the expertise and empathy to help clients through difficult times.
Jane joined Napthens in 2016 following Napthens’ acquisition of Richard Jacklin & Co's Southport office. She has over thirty years legal experience having worked at a number of firms in Southport, and has specialised since 1995 in Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills and administration of estates, with a special interest in intestacy estates where sadly no Will has been left.

Jane became a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals in 2006.

How do you like to relax out of work?
I love going away in our caravan with my husband, two sons and two dogs to discover more of the wonderful country we live in.
What is your proudest achievement? (work or non-work related)
I have two proudest achievements – my two sons.
Name your favourite: book / film
I love reading/watching all types of books and films but especially The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings trilogy.
What aspect of your job do you find most rewarding?
Most rewarding aspect of job is when clients are satisfied with the work I have carried out for them.
