Indiah Perrin

Indiah is a Solicitor in the Residential Conveyancing team, based in the firm’s Kendal office.

She qualified as a Solicitor in October 2024, following the completion of her Law Degree, Legal Practice Course, and Professional Skills Course.

Indiah advises on a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and transfers of part. She works closely with clients to provide clear, practical guidance and to ensure transactions progress as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
