Imran is a solicitor in the corporate team, based in the firm’s Liverpool office.
He achieved a first-class law degree from Birmingham City University before completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at The University of Law.
Imran advises on a broad range of corporate transactional and advisory matters, supporting clients across a variety of sectors on acquisitions, disposals, investments and general corporate matters.
