Holly previously worked for a Distribution Network Operator (DNO) as a property surveyor before qualifying as an in-house solicitor in October 2024. Prior to joining Napthens, she advised on a wide range of commercial property transactions across both operational and non-operational estates, including offices and depots, gaining valuable experience across diverse property matters.
Experience
- Assisted with a proposed new lease of land for a ground mounted solar scheme to offset annual energy consumption for a local depot.
- Drafted and negotiated a new substation lease with a local authority to allow of the relocation of a substation in Ambleside
- Drafted and negotiated a deed of grant for overhead and underground electric lines over agricultural land.
- Prepared various legal packs for auction, adverse possession applications and voluntary first registrations
