Francesca has a wide range of experience in commercial litigation ranging from contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and commercial debt recovery. Francesca also has experience in enforcement action and insolvency proceedings
She has acted for a wide range of clients, advising on high value complex disputes amongst various sectors whilst consistently providing a strategic approach focussed on achieving effective outcomes.
