HR Consultant Team LeadEmma Christian is a consultant team lead within the HR consultancy team, based in the firm's Preston office.
Emma leads the HR consultancy team at AfterAthena, supporting the delivery of HR training, planning, project support and an onsite HR provision for clients.
She is one of a dedicated team of specialists working alongside the firm’s wider employment and HR team.
Emma has more than 18 years’ HR experience, both as a consultant and working in-house, and has a
particular specialism in complex employee relation matters, including TUPE.
