Emily Butterfield is an associate solicitor within the commercial property team at Napthens Solicitors, based in the firm’s Blackburn office.
She has almost a decade of experience in commercial property gained from roles at a number of top tier law firms.
Emily has worked with several household names including supermarkets, high street banks, and national car mechanics working on transactions including contentious lease renewals, acquisitions of warehouses, freehold disposals and surrenders.
She worked at Addleshaw Goddard and BCLP in Manchester as a paralegal before undertaking her solicitors training contract with boutique commercial property firm, Land Law LLP. On qualification, Emily joined Eversheds Sutherland before joining Napthens in 2025.
