Elizabeth is a solicitor in Wills and Estate Planning team at Napthens' Southport office. She advises clients on a broad range of estate planning matters ranging from wills, trusts and inheritance tax planning as well as lasting powers of attorney and court of protection applications.
Elizabeth is also recommended in the 2020 edition of the Legal 500, the legal industry 'bible'.
Elizabeth acts for clients on a wide variety of matters but specialises in wills, powers of attorney, court of protection applications, trusts and tax planning. As part of Napthens' Farm Future fixed cost succession planning services for farmers, Elizabeth provides advice on the estate planning aspects of succession plans for farming businesses.
Elizabeth joined Napthens in 2014. She qualified as a solicitor in 2007, having combined full time work with her studies. Her previous career was as a company director and production planner in the agricultural industry.
Elizabeth studied at the University of Central Lancashire, graduating with a Law Degree (LLB) in 2005.
