As a trainee solicitor, Declan is working towards gaining invaluable experience across litigation, corporate, commercial property and employment departments. Declan began his journey with Napthens in 2015 as an apprentice in the commercial property department. Rejoining the firm after completing his Law degree at the University of Liverpool, Declan now has nearly five years of experience in commercial property law. Declan has developed a strong expertise in areas including commercial conveyancing, landlord and tenant matters, property development, and lender panel work.
