As a solicitor within our Real Estate team, Declan is committed to excellence with experience across legal disciplines Declan has a passion for intricate legal challenges and commercial strategy, consistently demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and client service, contributing to the success of clients and the firm.

Declan began his journey with Napthens in 2015 as an apprentice in the commercial property department. Rejoining the firm after completing his Law degree at the University of Liverpool, Declan now has nearly five years of experience in commercial property law. Declan has developed a strong expertise in areas including commercial conveyancing, landlord and tenant matters, property development, and lender panel work.
