Deborah is a commercial property solicitor based at our Preston office. She advises her clients on a variety of commercial property issues including acquisitions and disposals and commercial leases. Deborah has extensive experience in landed estate work having acted for a significant estate holder in Yorkshire for many years.
Deborah handles a broad range of commercial property matters for clients across industry sectors and has particular expertise in landed estate work including deeds of covenants, sale of freehold reversions, lettings on the estate, residential development agreements and purchases and disposals of land. She is also experienced in public authority work including property purchase and disposals and granting leases to other authorities.
Deborah joined Napthens in 2016 from Brabners LLP where she worked for 8 years. Prior to this she trained with a Bolton based law firm and qualified in 2005. Deborah was educated at Westholme School and Sixth Form in Blackburn and studied her law degree at Leeds Metropolitan University and her LPC at the University of Central Lancashire, where she gained a distinction. Deborah lives in the Ribble Valley.
