Colin Vickers

Colin is a partner in the litigation team and is based in the firm’s Liverpool office.

He is a highly experienced commercial litigator with around 20 years’ post-qualification experience and over 20 years working in litigation across international, national and regional law firms.

Colin advises on a broad range of commercial disputes, including fraud, insolvency, and general commercial litigation. He has particular expertise in business disputes involving owner-managed and family-founded businesses, with a focus on shareholder and partnership disputes.

He is known for his pragmatic and straightforward approach, working closely with clients to deliver clear, commercially focused advice and achieve the best possible outcomes in a cost-effective and timely manner. He has particular experience advising clients in the funeral, retail and wholesale, agriculture, and recruitment sectors. Some of his cases have been featured in national press, including The Times and The Independent.
