Chris King
Legal DirectorChris King is a legal director within the employment and HR team, based in the firm's Blackburn office.
Chris is a legal director in the employment team at Napthens.
He handles a range of general employment and HR matters for employers from day-to-day employment law and HR advice to complex TUPE and collective redundancy matters and often works alongside the corporate team. He also handles employment corporate support.
Chris has carried out work for clients ranging from SMEs through to large multinationals and PLCs, across a wide range of sectors.
In addition to his experience in general HR and employment law advice, Chris has experience in negotiation of settlement agreements, employment support work on mergers and acquisitions and disciplinary and capability dismissals.
Chris has particular experience with the brewery and heath and social care sectors.
