Chris’ clients span multiple industries; however, he has particular expertise and client following within the transport, digital, creative, hospitality and service industries.
Chris comes from Northern Ireland and obtained his undergraduate degree there. He subsequently moved to Chester to undertake his postgraduate studies and complete his training with a medium sized Liverpool firm where he qualified as a Solicitor in 2013. Chris spent several years honing his craft at this firm, becoming a specialist Employment law solicitor.
In 2017 Chris was appointed as Head of Employment law at different medium-sized Liverpool firm, which was embarking on an aggressive period of growth. The acquisition of Chris was a key part of their strategy, the firm having not previously had a specialist Employment law department.
From a standing start, Chris built up an Employment law department and created a team that was quickly acknowledged as being one of the top 3 firms in Merseyside for this specialist area, at the Liverpool Law Society’s 2019 excellence awards.
Chris was attracted to Napthens due to their outstanding reputation in Employment law, impressive commercial client base and their innovative and modern approach when it comes to embracing the latest technology and the efficient utilisation of data.
Perhaps most importantly, Chris was impressed with Napthens commitment to and focus on providing an excellent client experience and the highest standards of client care. Chris has spent his entire career prioritising the client’s needs and ensuring the highest quality of advice and service are provided. This mantra, coupled with Napthens exciting growth and future plans, made it clear that he wanted to be a part of that journey.
