Cheryl Hood

Cheryl is a paralegal in the commercial property team, based in the Kendal office.

With more than 13 years’ experience in legal property administration and over 20 years supporting senior professionals within blue-chip organisations, Cheryl brings strong organisational, communication and client service skills to her role. Having achieved a Distinction in the CILEX Paralegal qualification, she supports clients and colleagues on a wide range of commercial property matters.

Cheryl assists the commercial property team on transactions across Cumbria and beyond, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, licences and refinances.
