How do you like to relax outside of work?
I have a horse called Seamus who I have owned for 10 years. I have been horse riding since the age of 7 and like to spend time outdoors riding. I also enjoy watching football with my family.
What aspect of the job do you find most rewarding?
I find it rewarding when a client comes to me with a query and I am able to research and provide an answer for them. It is extremely rewarding to be able to assist clients with their queries. I also find it rewarding offering assistance and support through Tribunals as clients can often find it a challenging and difficult experience and it is great to be able to help and guide them through the process.
