Bethanie is a trainee solicitor currently in her first seat within the commercial litigation department, having joined Napthens in September 2019.
Bethanie was previously employed as a legal clerk at the University of Texas which involved working on active death row habeas corpus post-conviction applications. She also has experience in industrial disease litigation.
Bethanie started a training contract with Napthens in September 2019 having graduated from the University of Nottingham with an LLB Hons in Law with American Law. As part of her course, Bethanie spent 12 months studying at the University of Texas in Austin.
Bethanie, who is originally from Blackburn, recently completed her LLM in Legal Practice at the University of Central Lancashire.
