Bethanie Booth
SolicitorBethanie Booth is a solicitor within the employment and HR team, based in the firm's Blackburn office.
Bethanie qualified into the employment team in 2021.She works with employers on a wide range of issues from day-to-day issues such as disciplinaries, grievances and ill-health, redundancies to business disposals and acquisitions. Bethanie also provides employment corporate support.
Experience
Bethanie attended the University of Nottingham and did a year abroad at the University of Texas, graduating in 2018. She completed her LPC and LLM at UcLan graduating in 2019.
She has a particular interest in and regularly advises on the employment aspects on business disposals and aquations and draft ancillary documents relevant to such transactions such as TUPE documentation, service agreements and settlement agreements.
