Associate SolicitorBen Mayson is an associate solicitor in the corporate team, based in the firm's Blackburn office.
Ben assists in advising clients on a range of transactional work including acquisitions, disposals and restructurings.
He also advises clients on general company law matters and the drafting of commercial contracts including shareholders agreements and loan agreements.
