Ashley assists clients in ensuring they are fulfilling their health and safety responsibilities by providing proactive advice and assistance. She provides on-site support to ensure clients queries or concerns are addressed, giving them guidance to ensure they are compliant with the law, without being a "fun sponge".
Ashley has particular experience in working within the construction and engineering industries. She is also experienced in PQQ and tender preparation and accreditation support.
Ashley joined ATG (now Napthens Health and Safety) in 2020 following four years working for a global employment law and health and safety consultancy. In her previous role Ashley provided assistance to clients across the North West, in a wide range of areas, from multiple occupancy offices through to chemical manufacturers. She recently worked in Toronto, to help set up their offices there.
Prior to this, Ashley spent over ten years working in the construction and engineering sectors and worked on nationwide, large scale projects, such as the Millennium Dome, alongside many large development contractors. Ashley has also worked as a quantity surveyor providing subcontract works for many of the U.K’s housing developers, heavily involved with CDM.
Ashley gained her Occupational Safety and Health Diploma in September 2017 and has a NEBOSH construction and general certificate. Ashley is also a qualified advanced Fire Risk Assessor.
