Adam is a conveyancing executive with our residential property team based in Southport. In his role he supports his clients from the beginning of their property sale or purchase transaction to effect the transfer of ownership as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Adam is keen to ensure that his clients feel comfortable speaking with him and are made to feel confident and reassured that he works hard to achieve their best interests at all times.
Adam is an experienced conveyancer and is well versed in all complex matters including unregistered, leasehold, new build and Help to Buy residential property matters.
Adam joined Napthens in Southport in 2016 having worked in conveyancing since 2007 - initially with Barnetts Solicitors and then more recently with DC Law. Adam lives in Southport.

A spy, if this turned out not to be as glamorous as James Bond would have us believe, I’d accept any job working with wild animals.
How do you like to relax out of work?
Spending time with my family (and dog) and following my football team Everton FC. I also enjoy watching films and reading when I have the time.
