Napthens has been shortlisted for the Insider Property Awards 2026, recognising the firm’s continued contribution to the property sector across Lancashire and the wider north west.
The shortlist reflects the expertise, commitment and collaborative approach of Napthens’ Real Estate team, which advises clients on a wide range of property transactions, developments and investments throughout the region.
This year’s recognition marks the third consecutive year that Napthens has been shortlisted in the awards, highlighting the team’s strong track record and the trusted relationships it has built with clients and professional contacts.

Jamie Allison | Partner, Head of Cumbria and Real Estate
Jamie Allison is head of Cumbria and Napthens' real estate group. In this dual role he is responsible for the development and implementation of Napthens' Cumbrian strategic plan and manages the commercial property, construction, rural and leisure and licensing departments. Jamie is also a member of Napthens' executive board.
