Napthens has expanded its corporate capability in Liverpool with the appointment of Craig Geraghty as a corporate law partner, further enhancing the firm’s presence across the Liverpool City Region and wider north west.
Craig joins from a boutique corporate firm, bringing extensive transactional experience and strong insight into the regional market. His arrival adds further depth to the growing Liverpool corporate team as the firm continues to invest in its regional growth strategy and strengthen support for owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and large corporates.
