A solicitor with more than a decade’s experience in advising on property and agricultural litigation matters has been appointed to the Blackpool & Fylde office of Lancashire law firm Napthens.
Warwick Alabaster joins the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department following ten years working at firms in Leicester and Lancaster.
He will advise both individuals and business clients on a wide range of matters in particular civil, commercial, property and agricultural disputes.
Warwick specialises in property litigation, advising landowners, farmers and property developers in the North West on issues including partnership and contractual disputes, boundary disputes, agricultural tenancies and landlord and tenant matters.
He is a liaison for the farming industry body the NFU and regularly speaks at rural business events and advice clinics. Warwick is involved in the Fylde Farmers’ Club and Fylde Coast Landlords Forum.
Napthens chairman Martin Long, also head of the Blackpool & Fylde office, said: “There is a real demand for specialist litigation advice on the Fylde Coast, particularly in support of our strong Commercial Property team, and we are extremely pleased to have been able to bring Warwick on board with his considerable litigation experience.
“Warwick’s appointment comes hot on the heels of the expansion of our Residential Property department in the Blackpool & The Fylde office, as we continue to expand the specialist legal services that we provide for both businesses and individuals in this area.”
