Tricia Morrison has been appointed Partner and Head of Construction at Lancashire law firm Napthens.
The experienced solicitor joins from Scottish law firm HBJ Gateley Wareing, where she had previously helped to establish and subsequently headed the Construction team.
Tricia, who is dual qualified to practice law in both Scotland and England, has more than 16 years’ experience. In addition to an Honours Degree in Scots Law, she has a Masters Degree in Construction Law.
Tricia advises in respect of both contentious and non-contentious construction law, as well as public procurement matters.
In its renowned legal guide, Chambers highlighted Tricia as a Leading Individual 2009-2011 and praised her work along with her ‘proactive, supportive approach.’
In her previous role Tricia acted for a broad range of clients, including local authorities, developers, contractors and consultants and will bring valuable experience to clients in the North West. At Napthens she will work closely with colleagues in the Commercial Property, Corporate and Litigation teams.
