Lancashire law firm Napthens has been highlighted for the quality of advice and expertise of its solicitors in the latest edition of industry ‘bible’ Legal 500.
Legal 500 analyses law firms from across the world, interviewing both clients, leading lawyers and working with a team of researchers produce the directory.
In the UK version, Napthens has been highlighted as a top practice in the North West, and the Legal 500 authors have picked out the Corporate and Commercial, Licensing, Commercial Litigation, Rural, Commercial Property and Intellectual Property teams as being among the best in the region.
The firm is listed as a ‘tier 1’ law firm – the top ranking – for the quality of advice offered by its Corporate and Commercial, Commercial Litigation and Commercial Property teams. Whilst the firm’s Rural and Licensing teams are both described as ‘first class’.
Ian Leigh, chief executive of Napthens, said: “We are justifiably proud of the work done by all our staff and it is heartening to see Legal 500 reflect this in black and white.
“It’s no mean feat being chosen as a tier 1 firm and to appear at the top of three categories is something we should all celebrate.”
