Solicitor Elizabeth Byrne has joined the growing Wills & Estate Planning team at Napthens.
The experienced solicitor, who lives in Whittle-Le-Woods, near Chorley, will focus on Wills and estate planning, inheritance tax (IHT) issues and asset preservation. She will also act for clients on a variety of related matters.
Elizabeth qualified as a solicitor in 2007, following a career as a company director and production planner in the agricultural sector.
She is a student member of the Society of Trustee and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a leading professional body.
Elizabeth said: “I am looking forward to working with the team and growing both the business and my role within it. Wills and estate planning is a sensitive area of the law and I enjoy helping clients feel at their ease and showing that solicitors can be very approachable.”
