Double digit promotions at Napthens

We’re really excited to reveal a total of 12 new promotions across our employment law, wills, trusts and probate, commercial property, litigation, rural, residential conveyancing and corporate teams.
Eight of our promotions are to legal director, including Jennifer Rogers and Charlotte Barron in litigation, and Farida Isaji and Victoria Cross in wills and estate planning.
Matt Parr, Nicola Ciraolo and Stephanie Marshall in the commercial property team, along with Chris King from AfterAthena, are also promoted to legal director.
Uzma Begum in our residential conveyancing team and James Stocker in the rural team, are both promoted to senior associate solicitor.
The final, but not least, promotions are Ben Mayson in our corporate team and Gareth Jones in the residential conveyancing team, who are both promoted to associate solicitor.
As we continue to grow, these promotions clearly demonstrate our commitment to promoting from within and the excellence we have in our colleagues across the entire firm.
“Watching careers flourish amongst our Napthens colleagues is always rewarding,” said Nicola Mason, head of people and operations at Napthens Group.
“It’s so important to support and encourage positive development of our colleagues, and show appreciation for their continued hard work.
“Having 12 people promoted in one go is a testament to our recognition of supporting people’s careers, developing talent from within and congratulate colleagues on their excellent work in delivering on our values and promises, time and time again.
“I look forward to seeing their continued success and all that they can achieve within their careers as part of the wider Napthens family.”
