Solicitor Deborah Turner has become the latest recruit to join the Commercial Property team at Napthens.
Deborah joins from Brabners where she worked for eight years, and brings significant experience in acting for landed estate clients, advising them on a variety of issues from lettings, residential development agreements and purchases of land. She is also experienced in public authority work.
As a commercial property specialist, Deborah, who lives in the Ribble Valley, will work with Napthens’ clients on a range of matters from acquisitions and disposals to commercial leases.
Deborah said: “The Commercial Property team has a great reputation in the region as forward thinking and progressive, with some large and exciting clients.
“I look forward to contributing to the team and meeting clients, new and old, as the firm continues to expand in the region.”
James Allison, head of the Real Estate division at Napthens, said: “Deborah joins us at a period of growth for both the Commercial Property and Construction teams in both Lancashire and Cumbria.
“We have recently welcomed to the team high profile appointments including partners Earle Brady as our new head of Construction, and Kate Mallaband, who is heading up Commercial Property in Cumbria.
“We are committed to continuing this expansion, and will have further exciting announcements over the next few weeks as we continue to grow our service offering.”
