Napthens’ board provides strategic direction to the firm in order to achieve great things for our people, clients and the communities we operate in.
Jonathan Fox is chair, with partners Chris Boyle and Richard Robinson elected by the partnership, alongside Nicola Mason (head of people and operations) and Stephen Faulkner (managing director).
This is supported by the executive committee and senior management team.
Through regular market research, client feedback and internal dialogue, the board formulates strategy, allowing us to respond to client and market needs, ensuring growth plans and high levels of client service are consistently achieved.
