Workshop: Inclusive Leadership in the New Normal

We are delighted to bring you a FREE workshop with a difference. From global consultancy Steps, a unique and interactive experience.

About this Event

How do you meet the challenge of keeping people engaged, motivated and working as a team in the new virtual and hybrid environment? How do we avoid allowing Bias to affect our decision making, how might In and Out Groups help and hinder us and what does it mean to be a truly inclusive leader in the New Normal?

Available dates and times:

  • 24th November -10.00am

Objectives of the workshop are:

  • What does Inclusive Leadership look like in times of crisis and change?
  • To consider the positive effects of empathy on inclusion, and how to be more empathetic
  • To share experiences and learn best practice from others

This is an experiential workshop with discussion and interaction with participants key – it’s not a listen along webinar! As a result we have to limit numbers to 35 places per session – and a limit of 2 people per organisation. We will therefore repeat the session 3 times to open up more availability – but please do book quickly before all the spaces have gone! All sessions will be held via Zoom.
