Napthens’ HR & Employment team invite you to attend our Mock Employment Tribunal at the County Sessions House in Liverpool.
The half day Mock Tribunal will provide an insight into the workings of an Employment Tribunal process. During the session you will see:
- How the parties present a claim
- How key issues are approached
- How evidence is examined and demonstrated during the daunting process of witness cross examination
The proceedings will be heard in the dramatic County Sessions House where court proceedings were heard up until 1971. The Sessions House is mainly used for television and filming and has appeared as the court house in Agatha Christie’s The Witness for the Prosecution. Not normally open to the public, this presents a great opportunity to learn more about what to expect in an employment tribunal and visit one of Liverpool’s most historic buildings.
The session is suitable for business owners, line managers and HR professionals.
The event is FREE to attend but places are limited so register early to avoid disappointment. Places limited to 2 per organisation.
