Managing a multi-site organisation, a focus on culture
Whether you’re trying to transform your business with an ambitious change programme, trying to grow it in any way you can, striving to make it more efficient, more competitive or attacking new markets – There is one thing for sure, you won’t be successful without your people and you won’t have your people where you need them if you haven’t got your culture right.
Of course, that’s no easy thing to address, especially as when you ask 20 people what “culture” is, you’d get 15 different answers and 5 complete blanks. If defining it is hard, knowing what yours looks like is harder and making changes to it, especially in diverse multi-site and multinational organisations is up there with the impossible…or is it?
Our next HR Community will take place on 24 February at 10:30am, where we will be joined by an external speaker who has conquered the culture challenge in complex organisations throughout his career.
Andrew Neal is Chief People Officer at OSG, a global provider of customer engagement and payment solutions with over 4700 employees across North America, UK & Europe. Andrew will be discussing the challenges of multisite people management, culture and engagement.
This will, of course, be a participative session and there will be an opportunity for you to ask Andrew any questions you might have about organisational culture in complex settings and developing strong people engagement strategies.
As usual there will be access to support and guidance from our HR Consultants and our network of HR Professionals making this session perfect for standalone or multifunction professionals.
On this occasion this session will be recorded, so if you can’t join us live feel free to register and a recording will be sent over to you after the event.
