Napthens’ Opening Doors initiative is dedicated to developing and supporting the future talent of our firm, working with our local communities to provide opening doors days, ensuring the working world of law is accessible to all.
We recognise that talent resides in all areas of our society. We are also keenly aware that the playing field isn’t always level, which prevents people in certain societal groups from fulfilling their potential and achieving their dreams.
Therefore, in February 2024, we attended the House of Commons and supported the Breaking Down Barriers project and, in August 2024, we launched the firm’s first social mobility plan, Opening Doors.
Sharing learning, experience and knowledge is key to developing the future legal talent pool for the north west and in creating real opportunity for students who wish to be a part of the legal profession, starting their career journey with us – together really is better.
Napthens therefore partners with schools, college and universities across the north west, to help people understand the options available to them in the legal profession, increasing pathways to a career in law.
Our aim is to work with you and develop a strong, long-lasting relationship where we can support your personal career journey from inception to completion – always looking to providing opportunity and assistance to help you achieve this.
