When it comes to employment & HR legal advice, we’re not there just to tackle problems. Our philosophy is about empowering employers so you can manage, develop and inspire your employees to be the best they can be. To do that we have developed our own HR community.
We provide a fixed cost service tailored to the size and needs of the business and delivered by people who want to understand your business. We’ve developed from a traditional legal retained service to a membership model because we recognise the benefits of HR³ aren’t just about legal support but about talking to each other and sharing experiences through our network.
Level 1 membership includes access to our People Portal – a powerful online resource giving you 24 hour access to guides, templates, latest news and updates plus the ability to manage employee and HR tasks.
And if you’re looking for a wider range of services to incorporate H&S or HR support, we can provide a tailored package to suit your exact requirements.
Here’s an overview of the levels of membership available:
Our Level 1 membership is a flat fee of £75 (+VAT) per month. It can be arranged as a stand-alone service on a month by month basis.
Level 1
As a member you’ll become part of our HR³ community. Enjoy discussion and sharing of ideas with like-minded people facing similar issues. Plus:
- 24 hour access to our hugely popular online People Portal resource providing fact sheets, precedents, news, podcasts, webinars and and more
- Access our HR³ Facebook community
- Receive our monthly HR3 Hub e-news containing a round up of topical updates across employment law, HR and health and safety
- Monthly Q&A live webinars from our panel of experts
- Regular podcasts
- Invitations to wide range of updates, seminars and training events
- Access to an emergency one hour call with an employment lawyer each year
Level 1 can be arranged on a month by month basis for those who just want to enjoy the benefits of our HR community without an annual commitment or need for wider services.
Level 2
All the benefits of Level 1, plus:
Your day to day HR enquiries will be dealt with by legal and HR specialists either by phone or face to face. Our service includes review meetings to ensure we understand your issues, so you’ll receive a personalised service to meet your specific needs.
Level 3
All the benefits of Level 2, plus:
Additional peace of mind with effective risk management – indemnity against awards of compensation and legal fees up to £100,000 per claim and £1m per year. Includes H&S insurance which indemnifies against prosecutions under Health & Safety legislation.
