Award win – but no complacency

The 5th Annual LFS Conveyancing Conference was held in the West Midlands at the Ricoh Arena on 24th September. These awards are recognised as the major national awards for the conveyancing industry.  As well as Napthens, the short lists for the various awards included multi-branched, regional and national conveyancers.

We were absolutely delighted to win the top award for our region, being crowned Regional Conveyancing Firm of the Year 2014 for the North-West.

The judges commented:  ‘This year’s winner stood out from the crowd as a firm that was totally committed to client care. There was a clear focus on an individual tailored service.

At Napthens clients come first. The ethos of the firm is that a client is for life. After sales service is also an important part of the work undertaken by Napthens. Additionally the firm has good procedures in place and is well positioned to make the most of an improving conveyancing market.  A very worthy winner. Well done.’

As head of the Napthens’ Residential Property team I am of course, proud and delighted with this achievement and a huge thanks goes to the whole team for all of their hard work.  We couldn’t have achieved this accolade without the dedication and commitment of our people in providing such a client focused approach to our service.

We are of course, enjoying the nice comments and feedback we are getting from the local property community and our clients – but while we are enjoying this time in the spotlight, we aren’t complacent.

The key reason for our win was the recognition of our commitment to client service.  We do indeed put clients at the heart of what we do, so client care is a priority for us.  Because of this focus, it’s important for us to continually gather feedback, review our service, and adapt and change what we do to meet client needs, not just now but for the future.  So with that in mind…it’s back to work!
