Our licensing team, operating under the AfterHours brand, comprises a number of experts who have worked in licensing for more than 20 years. They have followed every twist and turn of the Licensing Act 2003, and as a result, we are one of the few law firms in England and Wales with a dedicated licensing department.

FarmFuture is a dedicated service to the rural community, giving peace of mind to all family farming families on a range of issues, including succession planning. Napthens’ rural team has an in-depth understanding of the issues facing those involved in the agricultural sector, supporting clients sometimes decades in advance of any changes to circumstances.

Working alongside colleagues within the Napthens Group to provide an all-round, personalised service to private clients to help achieve financial security for this generation and maximise value for the next.
